Business Associate Agreement
Before HANK_KRAC codes clinical documentation for your organization, an authorized representative must accept our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
This Business Associate Agreement governs the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) you submit to HANK_KRAC for medical coding. By accepting, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization and that:
- HANK AI acts as your Business Associate under HIPAA for the coding service.
- PHI you submit is processed solely to produce CPT and ICD-10 codes and is handled under the safeguards described in the full agreement.
- You will submit only records you are authorized to disclose for this purpose.
- Either party may terminate per the full agreement terms.
The full, controlling agreement is available at https://console.hank.ai/legal/baa. Acceptance is recorded for your organization with the accepting user and timestamp.
